About Us

The Heath Methodist Church was opened in September 1970 as the result of much redevelopment of Old Runcorn by the Development Corporation. Several chapels were closed and demolished, and their congregations united to form The Heath.
We have three aims. (In order of priority) 1. To develop all member ministry 2. Refurbish premises to make for easier maintenance priority – not to continue ‘patching’ 3. Extend existing building to develop further work with the community.
